Not what you expected or wrong size?
Of course we like to see you happy with your purchase! If you are not, you have 45 days to return it to us!
If you received a card with your order, please fill this out and send it back with the item you'd like to exchange/return. No need to email us first if you are certain the items are eligible for exchange/refund (it will usually be written on the card you receive with your order if refund/exchange is not possible).
If you did not receive a card, you can email us at email@example.com. Please mention your name and order number and which item(s) you'd like to exchange/return. Or you can fill out the form below.
Please note that customized items, some earrings and some 14kt gold items can not be exchanged or refunded, as clearly stated on their product pages, unless you've received them in a damaged or faulty state.
Who pays what?
- Shipping cost for sending us a return or exchange are for the customer.
- If you are returning an item for refund, shipping cost payed by either the customer or us will be deducted from the total amount payed.
- If you ordered multiple items and received free shipping and you want to return an item, we will deduct shipping costs from the refundable amount if the rest of the order comes below the free shipping threshold.
- With exchanging an item from an order eligible for free shipping and hence no shipping was payed by you, we will pay for shipping your exchange back to you.
If the order was under minimum amount and shipping was payed by you, you will also be charged for shipping the exchange back to you. In this case we will email you a payment link for the shipping cost.
- If you received a damaged or faulty item, please notify us first before sending it back to us! We will not refund any shipping costs made without a confirmation from our side.
Where and how to send
Please return your item(s) in the original jewelry box and with the card from your package, or a note with your name and order number.
We recommend sending it back as a letterbox package (if possible) with tracking. We can not be held responsible for loss of packages.
We don't have full-time staff working on order processing, so it might take a few days before you hear from us...Thanks for your patience! If you still haven't heard from us after a week, please check your spam!
Exchanges or refunds on items are only accepted when they are returned to us undamaged, unworn and in their original jewellery boxes.
