Socks are eligble for exchanges/refunds only with the card still fully attached and the socks are unworn (it is not possible to try on the socks with the card attached to it)

We make and ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday.
Delivery within NL usually next day on Wednesdays and Fridays.
For pick up: Your order will most likely be ready for you from Tuesday or Thursday end of day. Pick up during opening hours after you have received a pick up confirmation email.
Handmade items in 14kt gold may take up to a week longer to produce and ship.
