We will automatically upgrade with the material you choose the necklace in. We can only upgrade gold filled and sterling silver NOT rose gold filled!
If you are ordering multiple necklaces, please let us know in the comment box in your cart which one you'd like to upgrade.
Note: this is only sold as an upgrade to a finer necklace design. If ordered on it's own, your order will be canceled and refunded.

We make and ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday. Order before 14.00 for same-day shipment.
Delivery within NL usually next day on Wednesdays and Fridays.
For pick up: Your order will most likely be ready for you from Tuesday or Thursday end of day. Pick up during opening hours after you have received a pick up confirmation email.
Handmade items in 14kt gold may take up to a week longer to produce and ship.

forever...but please be aware that we create delicate items, so handle them with care!
We advise not to shower with or polish your gold filled items. This will make the gold layer wear off quicker. If necessary gold filled can be cleaned with soft soap and a non-abrasive cloth.
